Brass and bronze pieces: dust with a soft dry cloth. For singing bowls, avoid harsh chemicals — clean with warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately. Copper pieces develop a natural patina; buff with a lemon-and-salt paste to restore shine. Silver pieces: use a silver polishing cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity or salt air for all metal items.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all standard items in their original, undamaged condition. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a full replacement or refund. Shipping costs for returns are covered by us for damaged items.
Every Dhatu Crafts piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by our master craftsman, stating the materials used, the technique, and the artisan's name. We are certified by the Government of Nepal's Department of Cottage and Small Industry and are a member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).
